My charge 2 isn't showing sleep data
the tile on the dash board just shows 'how did you sleep?'. When I select the tile I get the screenshot below, the bar graph shows sleep recorded for Wednesday, but the sleep stage data only goes as far as Tuesday.
I've tried restarting fitbit and phone, I've also tried to log sleep manually, but get error 'the server did not allow that sleep to be logged'
any thoughts?

My Charge 2 isn’t even recording my sleep cycle from last night. I think this might be an issue with the app.

Looks like there’s an issue this morning.... I had logged 55 mins activity .....then it disappeared and didn’t appear in my exercise log. My sleep also hasn't synced.....🙄

This happened to me except my tracker stopped so I have no sleep details at all. I got it going awhile ago but the sleep and heart rate is still not showing. Never had this problem before.

I’ve never had such an issue before. How do I let Fitbit know?

I have the same problem. Click on benchmark and see if it’s showing you percentages without the bars, mine is also doing that. It knows the hours I slept but it’s not showing me the data. Never happened before today. I hope someone doesn’t tell us to reset our trackers. I tried that already and it didn’t work.

Hello guys! I'm here to provide assistance with the difficulties that are being experienced with your Ftbit devices, my apologies for the delayed reply. First, I'd like to give a warm welcome to @HMUrrayF @hector22 @cordelia0704 @Tora852 @daveRA to our Community Forums. Also, it's nice to see you again participating here @EM1234 thanks for bringing this to my attention.
@EM1234 First, let me appreciate your time and effort troubleshooting this situation prior posting, also, thanks for the screenshot that was provided, this image helped me to understand in a better way your situation. For me to better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? Also, how many times? I recommend you to uninstall the Fitbit app, reboot your mobile device and then reinstall it. Make sure that your mobile device is up to date too and let me know how it goes. Same for you @cordelia0704, since you're having the same situation please take in consideration the previous questions and troubleshooting steps.
@HMUrrayF Seems odd that the information that you manually logged in your app suddenly disappeared, this is certainly not a common situation. That said, can you please let me know how many times you experienced this? Is your Fitbit app and mobile device up to date? Regarding the sleep that wasn't synced, can you please give me more details? Your device didn't recorded sleep or sleep information wasn't synced? I'll appreciate more information.
@hector22 Can you please let me know if you didn't receive sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? Please note that Sleep Stages feature use heart rate data to give you a detailed graph of your sleep time, however, if you're having heart rate difficulties too, this may be the reason why you didn't received a detailed-sleep graph. That said, can you please let me know if you're experiencing difficulties with the heart rate sensors of your Charge 2? You're not receiving HR data or the one you're receiving is not that accurate? I'll be looking to your reply.
@Tora852 I'd like to let you know that our Support team informed me that they're already providing you with assistance with the difficulties that were experienced, therefore, I recommend you to get in touch with them if you have any additional questions in regards the information that was provided by them. Same for you @daveRA don't hesitate to contact them back to receive more details. Let me know if I can do anything else for you guys.
I'll be around, please keep me posted.
