My charge 2 which I bought in 2018, has stopped working. The screen is black and won't come back on, even after following ALL of the troubleshooting and resets. Is anyone else having this issue? I noticed that right before my screen stopped working, the data wasn't recording correctly. It wouldn't recorded my bike ride miles, nor my heartrate correctly. I hate to think this was done purposely by Fitbit in order for me to purchase a new version.

I'm having the exact same problem. What did you try? Woke for a pee in the night last night and couldn't see the time. Now nothing. So sad. 8 want it back. Please help!
