my wife has a fitbit charge 2 that we initially set up using windows 7 pro and a fitbit dongle. when the time changed the time is not correct now. we do not have above windows 7 and do not have an i phone. after a number of hours fitbit finally told me we are out of luck. I can't believe they do not have a archive fitbit set up that will work. please tell me someone of ou know how to still setup with windows 7 pro. than you

@Johnny246  It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to setup the Fitbit Connect software and then follow the instructions on the app to setup your tracker. You can download the software from here.

Let me know how it goes!

thank you for the reply. i am very unpleased with fitbit. they do not support windows 7 easily. they give all sorts of excuses about advancing tech. etc. my response is many older people like us still use windows 7 and  and will not ever have an iPhone, so why do they not keep archives that will still work (like most other competent companies do)?the work around i found as suggested by only on of there incompetent reps.(i have the notes to back this assertion up, do not like to say this but it is so true). anyway this agent said to load ie 11 and it would work. i loaded ie 11 and it is terrible, try it, it is very, very slow and they don't seem to much care. i think the focus is now on Microsoft edge that you have to have win 10 for. what i did was finally figure out how to remove ie 11 and downloaded ie 9, then loaded fitbit setup and it synced within five minutes. Hal-lea lu ya. it seems someone but one person would have known this and you would think he knew ie 11 is a none starter. anyway it works now after many hours of perseverance,  my wife is happy because she loves her fitbit charge 2. sorry for the long note and do not want to sound overly critical of grippy, but these are the real issues and it seems some tech. manager would pay attention and publicly make available a work around that there tech support know about!!!!!!!!!!
