charge 2 will not connect to windows 10 laptop it will appear as unknown device and then disappear and then reappear. I have turned off any possible interference.

Sorry to hear that your can't syncing your tracker with your computer. The syncing is handled by the Fitbit app for Windows 10 so you don't need to link them via the bluetooth settings. Please follow these instructions to setup your tracker with your computer.
