Hello, my charge 3 has a blank screen for the past week. It syncs, vibrates and charges but the screen is blank. I have tried to plug and hold to restart device but nothing happened. I feel it vibrate but still blank screen. Do not know what to do. It is weird to have a watch that you cannot see but still works to sync info. Can you help me please.

Install a different clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.

I try to changing the clock face to a different one but still I cannot see any thing in the screen.
