charge 3 - blank screen , device not found in app

hi, 

 

i have tried some of the workaround suggested for charge 3 blank screen issue.

i have it turn off for a month as i misplaced the charger. now that i found it, not only it didnt start, it’s not synching to app showing device not found error

- tried 15sec reset

- tried 8 sec reset

- app update and phone reset/ bluetooth reset

- change clock face - not able to because not connected

 

please help. thank you

Mine has started randomly bugging out lately too. Sometimes it just switched screens like 3 times a second when I’m not touching it. Sometimes it won’t turn on at all. I’ve reset it too may times to count none of that helps. Sometimes it gets it to turn on that’s about it. But then it starts switching pages. And the display screen is just slowly going out. At first it was just a few lines that didn’t work. And now it’s like 2/3s of the screen.
