charge 3 can't connect with my phone and the screen went black

My charge 3 couldn't sync after I updated my iPhone yesterday and its screen went black. I tried deleted the device and set it up again in Fitbit app but it showed something wrong with Bluetooth. I turned off my phone's Bluetooth then turned on again, still couldn't work. I chose "forget this device" and wanted to connect it again but this time I couldn't find charge 3 on other devices... At the same time, the charge 3 itself is still black. I tried to restart it, nothing happened. Then I tried a long restart like this(https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Charge-Trackers/Charge-3-screen-went-blank/td-p/3094616), still nothing happened...

I'm not sure if I express the problem clearly, felt so frustrated. Can anyone help?

It seems like I have to buy a new one😥

I tried it again and now the app can find charge 3 but it needs the number on the display. The screen is still black.
