Charge 3 not quite 1 year old and have the same issue of faded face with streaky vertical lines though it.  Have tried a number of different restarts and resets, but nothing has fixed this.  Any help on what to do?

This happened to mine also. If you message Fitbit on the live chat, tell them your issue and they maybe able to help.
