charge 3 has several horizontal lines through the display

After trying the recommended troubleshooting methods, my display continues to have several horizontal lines through it. It is getting increasingly difficult to read. Please advise as to how to resolve this.

If it is still under warranty i would contact support. That sounds like a hardware issue.
