charge 3 just went off completely

my charge 3 just went off completely, screen is black, not responding, not vibrating, no green light at the back, phone can't find it, not synching... it just went off all of a sudden.

 

i tried all the reset methods mentioned around the forum, no luck. when i attach it to the charger (connected to the wall) it does not vibrate at all, the small and medium vibrations do not happen.

 

anyone faced the same issue and got it solved? how can i solve this?

I also had this, except mine suddenly started vibrating and now it won't turn on after charging and trying to various reset methods.

Mine vibrated all of a sudden, I managed to turn it on, but it was super slow, not responding as fast as it used to, and then it turned off again after couple of minutes... and this keeps on happening.


I guess ours are busted now? No one seems to have this problem

I am having the same issue.  Except, mine went completely dead. I tried restarting. Letting it sit on the charger and nothing. Fitbit is starting to suck. It seems like I need a replacement or a new one ever year. I shouldn't be paying $150 for a watch that only works for one year. If Fitbit can't get it together,  I may need to go somewhere else. So frustrated.

I got a new one last night and can’t get it in at all tried charging all night. No green lights or anything. Not amused
