Anyone have a charge 3 where the display screen stopped working and you can't get the device to restart?

Just started. First would not show time when hand raised now nothing even when side button pressed

Did you attach it to the charger to restart it... this just worked for me and now my swipe issues are fixed.

My screen is blank but still reacts when I press the side button, notifications still not working after updates and restarts, and not syncing regularly..
Tied cleaning back and charging as that worked last time but not now..!! Is this Fitbit help page where they respond?

Same happening to me, tried doing the reset when it’s in the charger several times but nothing. Still tracking steps though so I know it’s working it’s just a screen thing

Mine has done the same
I can tell its working with the side button but no screen. I had it on the charger so its 100% charged. Now what? I dont remember how to restart.

You connect it to the charger, hold the side button "down" for 8 seconds and when a smiley face appears on the screen it has restarted.
