hi.
Had my fitbit Charge 3 since August 2019 no problem with it until today. Was fine this morning then this afternoon after looking at my fitbit noticed i had a blank screen. Still updating on the app and registering steps etc but no life on screen. Tried all usual things trying system reboot, changing clock face still no joy. Is vibrating to show connected just nothing on the screen. Any advice much appreciated. Thank you.

Go onto live chat,explain problem & steps taken,they will check your warranty then offer to replace or 50% off of a different tracker- another poster stated that it couldn't be a charge 4 but I wasn't told that & just went with new unit

mine was also purchased in August 2019. Is there a problem generally with screens going so dim they cannot be read in daylight and are still front in darkness. Or is there a manufacturing problem
