I am having problems setting up my Charge 4 with a new Pixel phone. I open the app, go to Set up a Device, select Charge 4, tap setup, accept the privacy conditions, connect the device to the power clip (it is already charged to 100%), click Next, the phone finds the device, the device displays a 4 digit code which I enter on the phone, the phone says Connecting, then the device scrolls "download or update the fitbit app to set up", and nothing further happens. Any assistance with this annoying situation would be appreciated, thank you.

I did a factory reset of my phone and now everything is fine, thanks.

Hello!
I did all - reboot my fitbit charge 4, download app again... Does not work for me. still shows the same message - Download the app or update it.
