charge 4 not tracking heart rate during exercise

I have encountered a new problem with my charge 4. It has failed to record my heart rate during a couple of recent exercise sessions. It has worked during some of the recent sessions, so it hasn't stopped working altogether. I have had it for 18 months and this is the first time encountering this. Anyone else experience this? Is there a good way to fix it?

Could you please confirm if the situation happens with only a type of activity or with more than 1?

Have you tried wearing the tracker a bit tighter or loser during the activity? We have seen cases where the tracker cannot recognize the heart rate as it moves during the activity. 

 

Have you restarted the Charge 4?

One time spinning, one time walking and one time running. It seems to be working now. I didn't restart it. I will update, if the problem comes back.
