i have my app updated, ios updated, device updated. somehow the app managed to record my sleep stage but it just won’t appear in my device.
i have contacted the support team for more than a week and they still not responding to my problem, the only response they have is auto reply message and saying thank you for contacting. anyone has the same problem, cause now i no longer can get the support chat.
