Hi. I just got a charge 4 after my beloved 3 stopped working after many years. I got it synchronized and all but despite the "Screen on" enabled and "Sleep" off it does switch on the screen when I rotate my wrist toward my face, it does when I rotate toward the ground...it's like the sensor is working opposite. I have also tried to change the dominant arm setting from the app, but still the only way to switch on the screen is either press the button or rotating that way which is absurd.
can you help?
