charge 4 won't receive text, whatsApp and incoming calls. Tried all of the suggested fixes but still no luck .... help please

Thanks for your help Juan. I’ve now trawled through lots of info and can now successfully receive all notifications, but it wasn’t as simple as per your instructions. I can’t put my remedies into words as I tried so many options.
