charge II keeps flashing notifications on/off but won't go back to normal function

My charge II keeps flashing notifications on/off and wont stop til the battery is dead, whether synched or not, and if the button is held down it goes to the main screen then right back to the flashing screen

Any suggestions would be appreciated

That sounds like the button is stuck as holding this in sets notifications on / off. If gentle manipulation is not able to free it then I would contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't find a way to fix then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Thank youWill tryJust seems that right after warranty ends every device fails and it’s time (no pun) to buy a new one
