I took a break from using my fitbit for a while. I just charged it up and tried to reconnect it to my app. When its on the charger it will connect, as soon as i unplug it goes black. When its charging i can see the battery screen and i've tried resetting by holding down the side button. I can't do the factory reset bc it wants you to unplug while you're holding the side button down and it will turn off then.
Is my fitbit official dead?
