charge not lasting, not synching why buy this product??

I am getting very discouraged with fitbit products.  This is now my 3rd fitbit and my worst.  I have to charge every other day(I have no texts, extra notifications) going thru it and still wont hold a charge.  it now is not synching, always says device not found.  I honestly am fed up  even bought the fitbit scale that will not synch to the app.  

I am so fed up, pay out good money for garbage product that seems to screw up soon as warranty runs out, go figure.  I am looking at better quality devices now.

so upset and discouraged.

I’m on my third also and last. I’ve always have problems with the device and the bands never last. I was gifted a Apple Watch and really like it.

 Yes. There is a major problem with the battery life for the Charge 2 but Fitbit will not acknowledge or support. They don’t value customer loyalty so I don’t follow brand loyalty.
