@Rwfit Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not holding a charge and thank you for restarting it. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried all suggestions and nothing worked. After a change it last less than 5 mins. The battery must be faulty. Can I get a replacement battery?

Having the same issues. All of a sudden after a "full charge" my band only lasts an hour. A week ago it lasted 4-5 days on a charge. If it was a pure battery issue the decline wouldn't be so rapid, as with a phone or other lithium battery devices.

Im having the same issue. My band worked just fine last week. I charged it all night and it shows a FULL CHARGE, but doesnt last over an hour.. I want a replacement these bands are too expensive for them just to quit working.

Yep, I have same issue, worked normally with full charge lasting 4/5 days then charge only lasted a day or so twice before failing to charge at all.....tried reset when lasting a day a couple of times and have cleaned all contacts and still no good - really unhappy - I was considering getting a charge 3 but doubt that I will be doing that now as I would prefer to look for a device that doesn't fail after 12 months or so.....shame really as the fitbit did everything I wanted whilst it worked.
