Hi everybody!
My Fitbit doesn't synchronice since 2 weeks. I've opened en restart fitbit app on my computer and mobile phone. I've deleted my connection with my profile. I've changed the settings.... Still there is written that my phone can't find a fitbit... Can anyone help me please? What can I do?

Does the tracker still appear in your account in the app? If not, you may need to add it back. If it does, trying logging out and back into the account. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and then reinstalling the app.
