display screen has changed for the worse

Anybody know how to change the display on a Charge 2 back to just three lines with Time (not the fat time they are showing), date, and steps.  Now it has heart beat 1/3 of the way up scrunching all the other info.  I don't need that on the main screen.

That is simple @niceguy44 open your Fitbit app, go to the Blaze settings and pick a new clock face. 

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
