Hi need some assistance as my fitbit has stopped recording distance and speed when I cycle.

Me too. For the last two weeks, the Charge 3 connects and records the elapsed time but not the speed or distance.

Mine has also stopped for hiking and walking. The exercises no longer shows the map and associated info such as heart rate zones, elevation, etc. I noticed sept 21 was the last day it showed the map and that appears to be about the time the update which added the health metrics was released. Assuming it's related and hoping it's fixed soon!
