My charge 2 quit syncing and thus I unpaired it and tried pairing it again but it failed.
what have I done?
1) restarted Fitbit more than a dozen of time
2) uninstalled and installed the Fitbit app
3) removed all the devices from the bluetooth list
4) restarted the phone
5) gave all the permissions from the settings
6) tried the same thing with other android phones and failed so the problem is not with the phone for sure
at the pair your tracker step, I can see the message " sorry the setup is taking longer than usual. please be patient. We're on it" and then it fails eventually.
Bluetooth is on and I can see Charge 2 in the nearby devices list.
Moreover, except the pairing part, I can see charge 2 working properly and thus I feel that it is some firmware update which has caused this nightmare. I hope that I can get a replacement to restore my faith in Fitbit as I am very much inclined to move away if such an expensive gadget stops working.

Same thing is happening to me.. so frustrating!
