my fitbit charge 3 stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep a week ago, then last night the screen starting flashing and it was vibrating until the battery died. I charged it, then the screen went blank. I've tried resetting it with no luck. I've held down the button for 15 seconds multiple times, and now it's not even vibrating. Please help me

My Charge 3 was losing part of its display over the past 2 weeks or so. It was at the point where I could only see about 2 rows of dots on the very bottom edge (nonreadable). Last night, while wearing it, I felt it oddly vibrating for no reason. I've put it on the charger and tried resetting several times. No luck! The screen is totally black now and will not sync. I cannot tell if it is tracking anything. Please note that the red light on the device was solid soon after the vibration happened. That's when I first put it on the charger last night for a few. It did go off. The same thing happened a year to the date ago to my Charge 2, which was working fine, and got hot on my wrist one morning...dead. This device was given to me for Christmas. It isn't even a year old yet.

Did you fix it? If so, how?
