fitbit customer care number

hello. my fitbit versa which I bought in august last died over the Christmas. I went through fitbit returns to get it replaced. the customer service I have received has been desperately poor. I am looking for a customer service that looks after European customers; who anyone have a number that they have found a helpful customer service agent
