My fitbit is not showing heart rate and steps all if a sudden. I guess the sensors stopped working. I’ve tried to re-connect the device, restart the device also have changed the clock face but still it isn’t working. If there is some problem with the sensor what should I do

I would recommend contacting Customer Support if you are still within your warranty period.
