In July 22 I got a new fitbit because the connection broke between arm band and device. Now, it broke again, what can I do?

Thanks Leanne. Doubt they would replace it now since I have ‘tampered’ with it by gluing it back together. I could not face the hassle of complaining and returning. My method worked in 3 minutes!

I had the same issue. First one broke when the connection point on the device that the band snaps on o sheared off. That was replaced with a recon model (not a new one) and then it happened again with the replacement. My second solution was to superglue the sheared off part back onto the Fitbit body. Not ideal but better than waiting for another replacement. There is so obviously a design fault in the body design or plastic moulding process.
