friends not showing on dashboard

Hi, I previously had a friend added to my dashboard but now she has disappeared. Can someone please advise?

@shannmartinez A warm welcome to the Community! One reason why your friend may disappeared is because he hasn't been active during the past days and now he will show in the inactive friends. In order to see them go to the Dashboard > click on the friend's tile > click on see all > while seeing your friends you're going to see "show all friends".

Another reason a friend might not show up is if they are at the number 1 or 2 position and you are close to the bottom. When you have more than 7 friends this might become an issue because FitBit only shows you and seven other friends on the dashboard. While doing this, Fitbit tries to keep you in the center of the list. As you drop below the halfway point of your friends, FitBit will not show the people at the top of the list. For example, if you have 10 friends and you rank sixth among your friends, the dashboard friends tile will only show three friends above you and three friends below you (for a total of eight people). So, you will not see the #2 and #1 friends in the list. Hope this helps
