my sensors on my charge 2 are at full brightness. cleaned contacts reset still draining the battery and screen is cracked???

@dacamp77 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your heart rate lights are too bright and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd. Try turning the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on and restart your tracker again before doing this.

Thanks but nothing seems to work.Those sensors are blinding when they are like this.
