today I climbed 5 flights of stairs and it is showing 11 and also have noticed lately that heart rate is not correct. showing heart rate at 146 and checked my heart rate with another device and it was 109, this happens all the time, not showing correct heart rate

Weather can effect floor count.
Try a restart for the other
Do it at least 3 times.

I did actually restart it, but have not climbed any more stairs, will see how it is tomorrow, but the heartrate issue happens very frequently

Hello @willow9512000, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If you see that your Charge 2 is tracking your heart rate a little bit inaccurate, please review this information:
Now in regards of the extra floors tracked, if there is an airstream, then the altimeter will detect those changes on the atmospheric pressure as floors, that is why you see that is tracking a little bit extra.

seems to be working great now. wasn't that it wasn't reading my heart rate, it was reading crazy settings when I was walking, like 156. have another heart rate monitor so I know the Fitbit was incorrect. but just walked for over an hour and it worked great. thanks for the solution
