Has anyone experienced that exercise summaries for runs no longer report heart rate data?

 

I know I used to have that data as part of my dashboard and phone app exercise summary, but no longer.

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. If you mean this information isn't showing on your account (app or website) then please know that our team is aware of this issue and is working on finding a solution soon for all affected users. Still you could try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in and make sure that the app is up to date.
