I currently have the fitbit one but hubbyjust got me the charge 2 but don't know how to add a new device to my existing account. Can this be done. Using my laptop computer not cellphone. Thanks for any help onthis.

I am adding a new Fitbit to my already established account because the first one died. In order to do so, it is asking for a number on the face of the Fitbit. There is no number and it is charged. I’ve done all it has asked me to do.
