how do you switch off DND when you can't 'wake' the Charge 3?

I was trying to get my Fitbit to vibrate when my calls/messages came through, as it used to but has recently stopped.  I thought I was in my calendar but I think I have switched on Do Not Disturb and now I can't get my Fitbit to 'wake'.  I've tried restarting it, but that doesn't seem to work for me. 

 

This is still not working for me.  I've tried to do the hard restart by pushing the button in for 15 seconds when it's in its charge cradle.  I can feel it vibrate, but the screen still remains blank.

Hold in left side button a few seconds;  DND is right at the top.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Keep on holding the hard button on the fitbit watch. It will show notifications on or off. Keep on holding to toggle on or off
