i cannot get my fitbit to record on strava, i used to have it.

Do you receive any error message on the Tracker or the app?

How does it look?

Does the recording start?

I’m not sure what to tell you . I used to record it . Then my daughter took
alone of my Fitbit for a week. When she gave it back to me I added it to
Strava again. But nothing shows up on Strava it registers on my Fitbit

When your daughter took the Charge 4, did she pair it to her Fitbit account?

If so, did you pair it back to yours again after she used it?

In the meantime, please make sure that you have the latest updated apps (Fitbit and IWellness)
