iMac: Catalina 10.15.4 came last night. Trying to get Charge 2 to work again. Downloaded fitbit's IOS 10.5 now and dashboard tells me to synch. How? Do I need icon at the top or what? Of course I don't have icon at the top that for a year gave me a pull down menu offering "synch." If the sun and the moon and the stars aligned it could get it to eventually synch. Of course I tried restarting my iMac after setting 10.5 up.

Let me help you with syncing your Charge 2 with your new iMac. The Fitbit Connect software for 10.5 Mac OS is for really old Mac OS versions. Please use the Mac OS Fitbit Connect software labeled as Mac in our setup page. You can follow these instructions to sync your device with your computer.
