Hi, I’ve had my charge 3 Fitbit for 10 months with no problems until last week, it started giving me problems, not syncing, the time was about 20 minutes behind the correct time. I have gone through all the steps; rebooted the Fitbit, deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone, turned off Bluetooth and restarted my phone. I went into Bluetooth and clicked “forget this device” and then tried to pair it again and it’s not picking up my charge 3 at all! The fault is definitely with the Fitbit. My son has an Ace Fitbit and that’s set up on my phone with no issues at all. I have already spoken with someone at Fitbit support but he just went through all of the steps that I already have. Can anyone offer any advice?
Thanks

Hi I’m sorry I don’t have an advice but mine has been playing up too. Not syncing just keeps saying looking, time is out too, not getting notifications. This started yesterday morning. It works perfectly fine when it’s in charger but once put it back on wrist won’t sync.
I’ve done everything I’ve read and still nothing.

Ditto, same with me with my Fitbit Charge 3 and iPhone 11, except clock still working accurately.
Worked fine one day and not the next, have tried similar remedies, several times, to no avail.
Fitbit app on my windows 10 pc though still able to see and sync from my Charge 3.
