hey their, my fitbit is 2yrs old and it is not working now, not charging,not working even wrist band is in bad condition, is their a repair centre fr fitbit in mumbai? if any know then please reply me, thanx

There is no repair center as these devices can't be repaired. You might want to check for sales and get an updated style of Fitbit. The Charge HR was retired.

I got fed up with the fit bit watch due to strap problems once later the charger cable. The Chinese manufactured product is spoiled the image of fit bit. So I discarded it and using cheaper models are in plenty in the market which is use and throw so I dumped the Fitbit watch in the scraps.

Hi @WannabeTrkker75  the original post was more than two years ago. Many items can't be serviced, even in the USA. None of the Fitbit products are repaired. Many items in my home in the USA can't be repaired by the company that I got them from.
