hi, 

I've just restarted using my charge HR for the heart rate data and the app says its not available as only for devices wit a HR monitor. How do I reset this so I can keep a track on HR?

Have you checked your settings to see if the heart rate is turned on? 

Oops you say you don't see heart rate in app, do you see the heart rate on the tracker?
