I am having issues with my charge 3. It has had vertical lines down the face for 6 months now but no other problems. About 3 weeks ago the whole screen went blank. I looked on here and everyone said to do a reset on it. I did that and the screen started working again. Then 3 days ago it showed that my battery was full, but my app showed it was only at 3%. The screen then went blank again. I charged it, and tried to reset it. It would not reset this time. The next day I was able to finally do a reset to it. When it came back on, it still has vertical lines but now it is a constant scroll to the right and it goes so fast that you can't make out anything on the screen.

I have had the same problem with the grey stripes down the face. Fortunately, mine is still under warranty and they have just replaced it free of charge. Very helpful on the customer services site. Tony

Thank you! I am currently on hold and 70th in line for the online chat. Not sure if mine is still under warranty as I bought it at the end of Nov. 2018. 🙄
