looking at GPS details - when I scroll down to see it all, the Fitbit App just closes

New bug in Charge 2. When I hike, sometimes I want to see the elevation gain/loss. This used to work fine on my Charge 2.  However, now on my windows 10 computer, I open the fitbit app, and click on a hike I did. The map is there, with the distance, so the GPS is working.  I can scroll down and look at all the exercise details.  Then I click on GPS details  and I can see the graphs of the pace and heart rate, but when I scroll down to the rest (including lelvations) the Fitbit App on my computer immediately closes. I tried looking at a hike I did months ago where I had been able to scroll down and at the elevations back then, and but now that does the same thing - the window closes if I try to scroll down, so the bug has to do with the display.

@bntracker Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

I will gladly assist you with this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your computer and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date. Finally try viewing the details using a web browser (at Fitbit.com) or a mobile device.

Let me know how it goes.

THanks for your response. I assume that when I shut the app on my computer that is the same as logging off the app, as I couldn't find any way to specifically log off. I shut the app every day and turn the computer off, so that should take care of it.
On the computer it says Version 22.55.2 . Is that the latest version? If so, that introduced the bug, because it used to work properly.
Thanks for the tip about looking at fitbit.com from a web browser - I was able to see the elevation info there that I couldn't see on my computer.
