hola mi Charge hr  me aparece la pila completa pero no enciende y no carga,

en la aplicación me aparece pila completa pero no lo puedo resetear ni encender help me que hago???

hello my Charge hr I get the full stack but it does not turn on and does not charge,

in the application it appears full stack but I can not reset it or turn it on help me what do I do ???
