my active minutes have stopped syncing on my dashboard.

Hi I have tried switching off wifi/bluetooth and my phone but my active minutes are still not logging. 

I walk more than 10 minutes each day so I walk enough for them to activate and register. 

how can I sync to register my active minutes please if anyone can help?

I'm having the same issue.  Nothing synced up since April 8th.

I’m having same problem with Fitness Pal. Stopped syncing on April 8th too

Also my Fitbit stopped syncing to my iPhone. I can’t figure out how to fix it

  • I have given up. I will have to go back to my original Flexi Fitbit. I have not received any advice or support

I have been reading and spent way to many hours trying to figure out why it wasn't syncing. I am glad I didn't do anything wrong now that I see it's not only me with this problem. Thanks for posting because after all the time I have wasted I am grateful to have found this site with some answers. Keep me updated if anyone figures out why or what to do to fix the problem. I've been having the same issue off and on over the past few days; I know it's an inconvenience but I've powered my phone down and restarted it and it has worked both times.
