my charge 2 quit tracking the stages of my sleep 4/6/2019 and has not tracked it since.

My fitbit quit showing the stages of sleep on 4/6, 4/7 and 4/8 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).  Has anyone else had this problem?  The fitbit tracker suggests I have slept in a position where it could not get a good heart rate or my band is too loose.  I'm wearing it exactly like I always have but will change bands if nobody else has had this problems.  Thanks in advance! Janice

You should reboot it like I did...I connected to the charger pushed the
button and held it till I saw the Fitbit logo I then disconnect it .. that
seemed to work for me. Sometimes I hesitate to do an update because when i
did it caused the sleep pattern to not function properly thus needing to
reboot it. ...I hope this works for you

I have the same problem it started with the last update that they sent out. In the past it lasted only one day. Now I am hoping that it will be tracking again. If not i will call them to see how to reboot my Fitbit charge2. If that doesn't do it I guess I'll just have to dump it and get some other unit.

Mine has had issues with sleep tracking for several months, but it has gotten worse recently.  It did not record any sleep for a full week - and this thing is only taken off for bathing.  I have too many nights being recorded as simple tracking.  I've several medical conditions that I monitor using the Fitbit.  I am really disappointed with whatever updates were done recently, but have been somewhat unhappy with this Charge 2 for some time.

Thank you all for this thread. I have this problem too, and was wondering if rebooting it would help. I am willing to accept only a day or so of simple tracking as "my fault" due to less sleep, bad positioning, etc. but when I have well over 7 hours and it is only simple tracked, that isn't me. So I have rebooted, and trust that it will solve the problem tonight.

THANKS AGAIN!

Apparently this seems to be a chronic issue that Fitbit can't seem to fix.
Rebooting unit seems to work sporadically..I wonder if we have to live with
it or forced to buy another health tracker from some other company...I am
researching and may do that
