my fitbit charge 2 stopped working suddenly

My Charge 2 suddenly stopped working. The battery was 100% charged till yesterday and today morning when I notice, it stopped working for no reason. Not sure why. Smiley Sad

I tried the following.

1. Tried restarting as per the instruction mentioned in the support ticket.

 > I am not getting either the battery symbol on the screen or a vibration to indicate that it started charging.

2. I ensure the charging points are correctly connected also.

3. Sync with my iPhone stopped working. 

4. Tried with a different Fitbit charger, it didn't work. I ensured Fitbit charger is working fine by recharging another Fitbit Charge 2. 

 

Your inputs and suggestions would be really valuable. Posting here as a last option.

Mine has done exactly the same, it is about 18 months old, it was fully charged, now has no charge, no green or red lights. I have charged it and it displays a full battery then goes flat again in minutes. HELP!!

My screen went blank as well and can't see anything anymore, and I got it for Christmas so it is not even a year old.  This is my 3rd one in 3 years, and I am really thinking about getting a Samsung watch instead.  I do love how accurate the step count is, but I am tired of them not lasting very long.

This worries me Smiley Sad

Another issue is, "The heart rate monitor/green light is blinking once in 10 seconds or so". 

 

No other alternatives? I am still not able to figure out why suddenly it stopped working...

Moving away from Fitbit is the only option?

At least I got it replaced. Mine had a month time for warranty expiry.
Sorry to hear out your situation. Not seeing any other way than to replace
it.

Snap, mine has just stopped working after travelling to GMT & back to Spain!! I rebooted my phone & it seemed to work but has failed again in less than 2 days!! It shows Cal burn but no steps & it no longer lights up!! Help please, I’ve used it for less than a year
