I purchased my fitbit charge 3 on Nov. 16, 2019. three weeks ago it quit working, will charge, but screen is blank..will not turn on. i tried to return it to Fred Meyers, they do not take returns past 45 days or exchanges on fitbits. I was told to contact Fitbit .What are my steps to returning my Fitbit charge 3 to your company because it has not been a year since purchased. i feel this product should last longer than 8 months. Please respond so i can get this taken care of. Thank-you.
