my wrist band keeps coming off

... IT fell off during rope climbs at the top of the rope!!!

Mine falls off, too. One of the clips seems to not clip on properly. I actually came on to this part of the site to see if a Charge 3 wristband would fit the charge 2 as there seem to be none in the store (except a leather one at a silly price)

wristband supposed to last, after 15 months my wristband is now breaking before my eyes. is this expected?

Sorry to hear about your damaged bands.

 

@mollydo try pulling the metal tab to the outside to help it secure the band and the tracker.

 

@Janeinma  does your band shows actual physical damage or as the titles states it is falling off? If it is the latter then please try the suggestions I shared above if it is the first one please let me know so I can help you reach our support team.

There is no visible physical damage to the band. I have tried pulling the metal thing out and it doesn’t work.
