new charge 4 - I thought it supported strava???

I bought this after searching for sports watches that supported strava and read a review which lead me to believe this did but there's no strava app?

Indeed the Charge 4 supports Strava. 

As your Charge 4 is brand new, most likely it still needs a Firmware update. 

Please, on our Fitbit app tap on you profile picture>Charge 4

Below the title you'll see the firmware installed. 

The current version  is: VERSION 1.100.43

If you see a lower firmware, please wait until your update is ready to be downloaded and installed. 

You'll see a banner in the app when it's so far.

So after researching what sports watches support strava and buying this and then managing to sync it to strava only to find it doesn't work with swimming which was the whole reason I bought it 😞 :-(. 

It says it won't sync activities that don't have GPS - so I am sending it back as no point in owning this if it can't sync all my activities. 

This should be made clearer in the promo blurb as lots of users will want to use it for triathlon etc and no point if it only synchronises 2 out of 3 activities.
