Just purchased a fitbit charge hr. Recieved it on Tuesday. Have had to charge it 3 times Tuesday and yesterday. athis am it is at 10% after charging and wearing to bed

@CCorcoran keep an eye on it because it may seem new, but places know how to repackage these things to look new. A restart might help for now, but keep checking it. You should see what warranty they are offering, too.

Hi @CCorcoran have you tried restarting it a few times? It often helps with problems. The Charge HR was retired,so I imagine you don't have a warranty. Was there any warranty from the place you got it?

I did restart it and so far seems to be better. I bought it off amazon. not sure about warranty
